What is an “AI agent”?
An autonomous program that runs specific tasks on your behalf: sales follow-ups, email triage, client support, reporting. Each agent is configured for your business context and connected to your existing tools.
Are the agents autonomous?
It depends on the use case. Some agents run fully autonomously on low-risk tasks. Others require human validation on sensitive decisions. We define the right level of supervision together.
How do they integrate with our tools?
Direct connection to your existing tools (CRM, email, calendar, internal tools). No migration, no replacement. The agent slots into your stack.

Which applications do you offer?
Three live applications: Expert Team (analysis application with PDF reports), My Creators (content watch and digests), ICOpedia (mapping of local initiatives). Others are in development.
Can I request a custom application?
Yes. If none of our applications fits your need, we design a bespoke solution. It starts with an audit of your use case.

How does it start?
With an operational AI audit. We analyse your processes, identify the friction, and prioritise high-impact use cases. Then we propose a roadmap with a realistic schedule.
How long before the first results?
First results are visible within a few weeks on the right use cases. The Ops Accelerator is designed to deliver in 2 to 4 weeks.
What budget should we plan for?
